Elgin River Lodge lies on a 100-hectare farm of apple orchards on Appletiser Road, with 2.5 km of the Palmiet River running through it. It offers twin and family chalets and a self-catering River Villa, a restaurant, and activities from kayaking and tubing to a zipline and a riverside hot tub. Individual chalets can be booked up to 45 days ahead; groups can reserve the whole lodge.
