The overall score and the number of reviews come from reviewfinder.org, which pools a property's reviews from Google and other platforms instead of relying on just one. We weight the score by the number of reviews: a 5.0 from ten reviews says less than a 4.8 from a hundred. That is why places with fewer than ten reviews are not included.
